To list a property, create an account or sign in, then click 'Add Listing' in your profile. Fill out the property details, upload photos, choose your listing duration, and complete the payment. Your listing goes live immediately after payment.
How much does it cost to list a property?
Listing prices depend on the duration you choose, with several options available ranging from 30 to 365 days. Optional visibility boosts are available separately. See our pricing page for current rates.
How long does my listing stay active?
You choose your listing duration when creating a listing: 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days. You can renew your listing before it expires from your account dashboard. Expiration reminders are sent at 7, 3, and 1 day before your listing expires.
How can I boost my listing's visibility?
You can boost your listing in two ways: Stars improve your search ranking, placing your listing higher in results. Homepage featuring puts your listing on the front page for maximum exposure. Both can be purchased from your listing dashboard. See the pricing page for current rates.
How do I contact a property seller?
Each listing displays the seller's contact information including phone number and email. You can also use the built-in messaging system to send inquiries directly through the platform.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through the Maksekeskus payment gateway, which supports a wide range of payment methods including bank links, card payments, and more. You can see all available options at checkout.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes, you can edit your listing at any time from your account dashboard. Changes are applied immediately. Note that content changes (title, description) after automatic translation may trigger a paid re-translation.
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload up to 30 images per listing, with a maximum of 20 active photos displayed. Each image can be up to 10 MB in size. Photos are automatically classified by room type using AI to help buyers browse your listing more easily.
What is e-Agent and how do saved searches work?
e-Agent lets you save your search criteria and receive email notifications when new matching listings appear. Simply perform a search, click 'Save Search', and you'll be notified automatically. Saved searches remain active for 180 days.
How do I remove my listing?
You can delete or deactivate your listing from the 'My Listings' section in your account. If the property is sold or no longer available, we recommend marking it as sold rather than deleting it.
What happens when my listing expires?
You'll receive expiration reminders at 7, 3, and 1 day before your listing expires. You can renew your listing from the 'My Listings' dashboard before or after it expires. Expired listings are no longer visible in search results but can be reactivated at any time.
What languages does leiakv support?
leiakv is available in Estonian, English, and Russian. You can switch between languages using the language selector in the navigation menu. Listings can also be translated automatically to all supported languages.
