This Sales and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing services on leiakv, the real estate platform operated by MOONSHIP OÜ. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

leiakv is an online real estate advertising platform where private sellers and real estate professionals can publish property sale, rental, and short-term rental listings. The platform enables property owners and agents to reach potential buyers and tenants through detailed listing pages with photos, descriptions, maps, and contact forms. Visitors can search and browse properties free of charge.

2. Services We Offer

leiakv offers the following paid services for property listings:

Listing Publication

Publish your property listing on leiakv for a chosen period (30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days). Includes a full listing page with photo gallery, property details, location map, and contact form. Your listing is automatically translated to all 3 platform languages (Estonian, English, Russian).

Listing Renewal

Extend your listing's publication period. Choose from the same duration options as initial publication (30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days).

Star Promotion

Boost your listing's visibility in search results with star ratings. Choose between 1 and 10 stars and set a custom duration in days. More stars and longer duration mean greater visibility.

Homepage Feature

Feature your listing on the leiakv homepage for maximum exposure to all visitors. Choose a duration from 1 to 14 days.

Listing Re-translation

Re-translate your listing content after editing. The service translates your listing into all 3 platform languages (Estonian, English, Russian) simultaneously.

Current prices for all services are displayed during the checkout process and on our pricing page. Prices may be updated from time to time — the pricing page always shows the latest rates. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT (24%).

3. How to Make a Purchase

To purchase services on leiakv:

  1. Create a property listing or navigate to an existing listing you want to promote.
  2. Select the service(s) you wish to purchase (renewal, stars, homepage placement, etc.).
  3. Review your order summary, including prices and VAT.
  4. Choose your payment method and complete the payment.
  5. Receive confirmation of your purchase via email.

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and receipt. Services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank links (Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank)
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Other methods as shown during checkout

Payments are intermediated by Maksekeskus AS (registry code 12268475), a licensed payment institution. Payment processing takes place on a secure Maksekeskus page — we do not have access to your banking or card data.

All transactions are processed in euros (EUR).

5. Service Delivery and Activation

Our services are digital and are delivered electronically:

  • Services are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • For new listings: Your listing becomes visible on the platform within minutes of payment.
  • For promotions (stars, homepage): The promotion begins immediately and runs for the specified duration.
  • For translations: Translation is completed automatically within a few minutes.

You will receive an email notification when your service is activated.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) and Estonian law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exception for Digital Services

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that have been fully performed if:

  • You gave your prior express consent to begin the performance during the withdrawal period.
  • You acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed.

How This Applies to leiakv Services

When you purchase a service on leiakv and request immediate activation, you agree that the service begins immediately. Once your listing is published or your promotion is activated, the service is considered fully performed and you lose your right of withdrawal.

If you change your mind before the service is activated (within minutes of payment), please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will process a full refund.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from a purchase (where applicable), send a clear statement to [email protected] including your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligible for Refund

  • Services that have not yet been activated (contact us immediately after purchase).
  • Technical errors on our side that prevented the service from being delivered.
  • Accidental duplicate payments.
  • Services that were not provided as described (after our investigation).

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Services that have been activated and are functioning as described.
  • Partial use of a service (e.g., you used 5 days of a 30-day listing).
  • Change of mind after the service has been activated.
  • Issues caused by third parties or circumstances outside our control.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

8. Service Quality and Defects

All digital services on leiakv are provided as described on the platform and pricing page.

If a Service Is Not Delivered as Described

If a purchased service is not delivered or does not function as described (for example, your listing is not published, a promotion is not activated, or a translation is not completed), you are entitled to a remedy.

Available Remedies

  • Re-performance of the service at no additional cost.
  • A full refund if re-performance is not possible or does not resolve the issue.

9. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on leiakv include Estonian VAT at 24%. The VAT amount is shown separately on your receipt. If you are a business customer with a valid EU VAT number (outside Estonia), please contact us regarding VAT-exempt purchases.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

10. Complaints and Disputes

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a complaint:

This Sales and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Estonian law, and you may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU.
