FAQ for real estate agencies and brokers

Answers for real estate agencies and brokers about pricing, listing import, signing up and the API.

Pricing

How much does it cost to list on leiakv?

A company pays per active listing per day, before VAT. Daily charges are added up into one invoice per calendar month. The more listing-days a company runs in a month, the larger the volume discount. There are no packages and no seats. The current daily rate is shown on the join page.

How long does the free period last?

Listing publication is free for new partners for the first 2 years. The free period counts from the month the company joined. After that, listing days are billed at the rate and discounts shown on the join page.

Is there a separate fee for importing listings?

No extra fee for Resolve sync - imported listings are billed at your standard listing rate (free during your partner promo). The same holds for the KV.ee import and the one-time XML import: there is no import fee, and imported listings are billed like any other listing.

Importing listings

How do I import listings from KV.ee?

Copy the automatic-import link from your KV.ee broker account and paste it into Company settings under Automatic import. Listings are refreshed automatically about every 12 hours, and their brokers get accounts and an activation email automatically.

How do I import listings from Resolve?

After creating an output named leiakv in Resolve, enter its API key in Company settings and listings sync automatically about every 30 minutes. The next sync overwrites the fields Resolve sends, including text and photos, so edit in Resolve.

What if the agency uses City24 or another system?

An agency on City24 only, or on another CRM, can upload an XML file in the KV, REDE or REOS format, or give an HTTPS URL to it, under One-time import. There is no direct connector to City24's own systems, but a City24-format (REOS) link from a KV.ee account also works in Automatic import, and you can write to info@leiakv.ee about a connector.

Signing up

How does an agency join leiakv?

Fill in the company form on the join page with the company's registration code. You then create the owner account, and the company is active.

What if the agency is already on leiakv?

If your agency is already on leiakv, the company owner invites you from the Team page. Brokers on listings imported from KV.ee or Resolve get an account automatically, and an email with an activation link.

API

Can I push listings in through an API?

Yes. A company can send a listings file (REDE, KV.ee or City24 XML) as an XML POST to its import address with an API key that has the Import permission; add dry_run=true to check the file without saving anything.

Can listings be read through an API?

Yes. The public listings API is read-only, works anonymously and needs no key. It covers search and a single listing, and it has an OpenAPI description. Request volume is rate-limited.

Can a company export its own listings?

Yes. A company can export its own listings as REDE XML. Create an API key in Company settings to do it.
