Create a listing
Add a property for sale or rent in five steps - details, photos and description, extras, preview and publishing.
Press Add Listing in the account menu, or open the new listing form directly. You can fill in the form without an account; you are asked to sign in before you save or pay.
Choose what you are listing
- Under What are you listing? choose Estonia or Abroad, the deal type and the property type.
- Press Confirm & Continue.
Brokers also see the question Want to add a new development? below this button - Estonia or Abroad opens the form for adding a development in that location.
To change the deal type or property type, restart listing creation. A saved listing keeps its types for good.
The five steps
- Property Data - the address, price, rooms, area and the other required details. Type address and select from list; if the address is hard to find, use Pick on map.
- Images & description - upload photos and write the slogan and description. See listing photos.
- Additions - optional extras such as amenities, technical systems and costs.
- Preview - how the listing will look, its web address and Quality score with tips on what to add.
- Publish - the listing duration and optional promotions. See publish and pay.
Press Next Step to move on. Steps with a missing required field are marked, and before you save or pay the form lists what still needs fixing.
Description and translations
Write the slogan and description in one language. Generate with AI writes them in every language from the listing details and classified photos; check the text before you publish. Under Automatic translation the listing is translated into Estonian, English, Russian and Finnish when you save, at no extra cost. The description box has a formatting toolbar: Bold, Italic, Bulleted list and Numbered list. The Text style menu turns a line into a section title, Heading; Normal text turns it back. The formatting shows on the published page. Pasted text keeps its paragraphs, and lines that start with a bullet or dash become a list.
Drafts
The form is saved on this device as you type. If you leave and come back, you are asked Continue Previous Listing? - choose Continue Editing or Start Fresh. In My listings an unfinished listing shows as You have an unfinished listing.
On the last step, Save as Draft saves the listing to your account without publishing it. It stays in My listings, visible only to you, until you pay for it.
