Edit, mark as sold or delete a listing
Change a listing's details, photos and price, set it as reserved or sold, duplicate it or delete it.
All your listings are in My listings in the account menu. Manage opens a listing's management page with its status, statistics, promotions and settings.
Edit a listing
- Open My listings, press Manage on the listing and then Edit.
- Move between the steps and change what you need.
- Press Save Changes. You can save from any step.
On your own listing's page, Actions also offers shortcuts such as Edit photos, Edit description and Change price. Changes to a published listing show on the site right away. With automatic translation on, a changed slogan or description is translated again.
The deal type and property type cannot be changed. Create a new listing to use different values. Address cannot be changed. Create a new listing for a different address.
Status: active, reserved, sold
On the management page, Listing Status sets what buyers see:
- Active - Visible to everyone in search results.
- Reserved - Marked as reserved, still visible. You can add the date the reservation ends; the date is hidden once it has passed.
- Sold - Marked as sold, no longer shown on the site. You may enter the final sale price; it helps others understand prices in the area.
- Draft - Not visible on the site.
The status can be changed once the listing is paid. During an auction it is locked until the auction ends.
Duplicate a listing
Duplicate creates a new unpublished listing from an existing one, for example for another flat in the same building. You can choose a new deal type and property type, and whether to copy the photos. The copy opens in the editor, and you publish and pay for it separately.
Delete a listing
At the bottom of the management page, press Delete Listing and confirm with Yes, Delete. This action cannot be undone. Your listing and all associated data will be permanently deleted. If the property is sold, consider marking it Sold instead.
Imported listings
A listing that comes from your company's import or CRM is updated from the source. Fields you change here may be overwritten on the next sync, and fields you edited by hand are listed under Manually edited fields. See listing imports.
