Saved searches and e-Agents

Every search you run is saved on this device automatically, up to 10. When the list is full, the oldest search without an e-Agent makes room for the new one. Each row shows its filters, and a badge such as 3 new counts the listings added since you last opened that search. Press the row to open the search, or the badge to open it with the newest listings first.

The trash icon deletes a search. Because the list lives in this browser, another device or browser has its own list - your e-Agents appear on every device once you sign in.

1. Run a search with the filters you want.
2. Above the results press Create e-Agent, or press the bell icon on the search in Searches & e-Agents.
3. Choose Instant (within 15 minutes) or Daily digest, give it a name if you like, accept the terms and confirm.

An e-Agent is free. Signed in, it uses your account email, and you can have up to 10 active e-Agents. Without an account you enter an email address; one address can have up to 5 e-Agents. If you already have an e-Agent with the same filters, a second one is not created. An e-Agent follows every filter of the search. It does not use AI search text - alerts follow your other filters.

An e-Agent created without an account starts only after you confirm your email address. We email you a link, usually within a minute - open it and press Confirm alerts. Until you do, no alerts are sent. Before you press the button the page shows the email address and the search the e-Agent watches; once confirmed it shows the address again, and View this search opens exactly that search.

• The link works for 48 hours. If it has expired, press Send a new link on the page that opens and we send a new one. A new link does not cancel the earlier ones - any of the last 3 works until the newest expires.
• An e-Agent still unconfirmed 7 days after its newest link expired is deleted.
• Press Create an account to manage your alerts right after confirming and the sign-up form already has your email address. Create the account with a password in the same browser within 15 minutes and the address counts as verified - no second email.
• E-Agents requested for your email address join your account when you sign in with a verified email address, and appear on every device. Until confirmed, each one shows Waiting for confirmation in Searches & e-Agents. With a verified account press Activate alerts to start it; otherwise Resend confirmation sends the link again, and the e-Agent also starts on its own once you verify your account email.
• If a request cannot start an e-Agent - you already have the same one, or you have reached 5 e-Agents - we email you to explain why instead of leaving you waiting. Up to 3 requests can wait for confirmation per address; a further one replaces the oldest waiting one.

• In Searches & e-Agents, the green bell marks an active e-Agent. Press it and confirm Unsubscribe to stop the emails - the search itself stays.
• Deleting a search that has an e-Agent deletes the e-Agent too.
• Signed in, Delete All e-Agents at the bottom of the page deletes all of them at once.
• Every e-Agent email has an unsubscribe link, which works without signing in.

An e-Agent stays active for 180 days. We email you 14 days and 1 day before it expires, and on the day it expires. From the first of these emails, Extend for 6 months appears next to it; the renewal link in the email does the same. You can renew for up to 30 days after it expired; after that, create a new e-Agent.
