Search for listings

Find property with filters, a search in your own words, the map or a distance from an address, and see what a listing page shows.

Searching needs no account. Open the search from the magnifier icon in the top bar, or go straight to all listings.

Search with filters

  1. Press the magnifier icon in the top bar. On a phone the search opens full screen.
  2. Choose the deal type and property type, then the area, price and size. The number on the search button shows how many listings match.
  3. Press Search for a list of results, or Show on Map to see them on the map.

Advanced Search opens more filters, such as Direct from Owner Only, Price dropped and Open House Available, and the features and building details that fit the chosen property type.

Proximity finds listings within 1 km to 150 km of an address, a place or a city you pick. It replaces the area you chose.

Results, map and sorting

Above the results you switch between List view, Map view, Split view and Table view. On a phone these buttons show only icons.

The sort menu next to them orders the results, for example newest first or by price per m². Edit search reopens the search with your current filters.

If nothing matches, Clear all filters starts over, and Get notified emails you when a matching listing appears - see saved searches and e-Agents.

On a listing page

A listing page shows the photos, the details and the location on a map. When the exact address is shown, the map also has Street View, Commute and Sun views.

  • Price history shows every price change since the listing was published.
  • The heart saves the listing to your favourites and the compare icon adds it to a comparison - see favourites and comparison.
  • Estonian listings with a cadastral number or a shown house number also have Building register data and Parcel and restrictions blocks lower on the page: the building's use, year, floors, area and energy certificate, and the parcel's area, tax value, restrictions, plans, nature and heritage protection, and flood risk. The data comes from public registers and is indicative, not an official extract. Land listings show only the parcel block. When the cadastral unit's address differs from the listing address, the block says so. Both blocks are hidden when the seller hides the house number.

More ways to browse

  • Abroad in the main menu lists property outside Estonia. In the search, Search abroad switches to these listings.
  • Explore Regions at the bottom of every page describes Estonian counties, towns and districts, with prices and the listings there.
  • Photos in the main menu shows photos from all listings by room type. Save photo keeps a photo on this device, and View listing opens its listing.
  • Price drops and new developments have pages of their own.
