See real sale prices from the Estonian Land Board by area, property type and period, and find listings whose price just dropped.
Market statistics
Market Statistics, linked at the bottom of every page, shows completed sales from Estonian Land Board (Maa-amet) data - not asking prices.
- Choose Region and, if you like, Municipality. For Tallinn you can also choose District.
- Choose Property type and Period: a ready range such as Last 12 months, or one month.
You see the number of transactions, the median and average price per m², the price trend and, for apartments, the split by size. Last Updated shows the latest month in the data. Export CSV downloads the table by county.

Price drops
Price Drops in the main menu opens a list of active listings in Estonia whose price has been lowered.
- Time range lets you choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time.
- Set a minimum drop in percent or euros, or a price range, and choose the order, such as Biggest drop %.
- Grouped groups drops by when they happened, All shows one list, and Map View puts them on a map.
In a regular search, Price dropped under Advanced Search does the same. To hear about a price change on a listing you like, save it to your favourites.
