Buyer wishes
Post the property you are looking for so brokers and sellers can offer you one, manage your wishes, and answer other buyers' wishes.
A wish describes a property you want to buy or rent. Brokers and owners often have property that is not listed yet, and a wish tells them you are looking. Posting a wish is free and needs an account. Brokers also publish their clients' wishes here.
Post a wish
- Open Buyer Wishes and press Submit a wish. If you are not signed in, you sign in first and come back to the form.
- Choose buy or rent, the property types and at least one county. Municipalities, settlements, price, rooms and area are optional. Listings that already match appear next to the form, or at the bottom on a phone.
- Add a description if you like, in one or more languages. Leave out phone numbers, email addresses and links.
- Fill in your name and phone. Both are required and are saved to your profile.
- Choose how long the wish stays public - 30 days, 60 days, or 120 days - and press Post wish.
The form is saved on this device as you type, so you can finish it later.
Review before publishing
Most wishes are public straight away. A description with contact details, a personal ID code, several links, mostly capital letters or discriminating words is held back: the wish is not public and its status is Not published. A posted wish cannot be edited yet, so delete it and post it again without those parts.
Manage your wishes
My Wishes in the account menu lists your wishes with their status, views and Active until date.
- Archive takes a wish off the public pages for good. To look again, post a new wish.
- Delete removes it completely. Messages about it stay in your inbox.
At the end of the chosen period the wish expires and is no longer public.
Answer a wish
Buyer Wishes shows all active wishes. Filters narrows them by deal type, property type, county, price, rooms and area. To offer a property, open the wish, press Send message, write at least 10 characters and press Send. You need to be signed in. Replies come to your messages.
