The same search on other portals
Open the search you just made on other Estonian real estate portals with one press, and see what is left out when a portal has no matching filter.
When you search for property in Estonia, leiakv shows links to the same search on kv.ee, city24 and kinnisvara24. They open the portal's own site in a new tab, so you can compare what is offered there. Those portals' listings are not shown on leiakv.
Where the links are
- Under the search results, in a box that invites you to try the same search on other portals.
- On every search in your saved searches, as a row of small links after Same search on:.
How the links work
Each link carries your filters over to the portal where it has a matching one, such as deal type, property type, place, price and size. Where a portal cannot take a filter, an info icon appears next to its link. Press it to read Not carried over:, which lists the filters that were left out and why: the portal has no such filter, takes only one value at a time, opens a wider set, or does not know the place. Set those filters on the portal itself after it opens.
If you search for sale and rent together and a portal can search only one of them, its link opens properties for sale. In map view, a link opens the portal's own map where it has one.
