Company settings and public page
Change your company's public name, description, website, logo and page address, and see what the public company page shows.
Owners and admins manage the company's details on the company settings page. The same page also holds the listing imports and the API keys.
Open the settings
- Make sure the company profile is active - see switching profiles.
- Open My Company in the account menu, or go straight to the company page.
- Press Settings at the top of the company page.
The button is shown to owners and admins only.
Name, description and website
Under Company Profile you find these fields:
- Display Name - Public name shown on your company profile. Leave empty to use legal name.
- Website - Your company homepage URL.
- Company Description - A short description that appears on your company profile.
Change what you need and press Save Settings.
Your changes will appear on public pages within a few minutes.
Logo
- Open the logo section and press Change Logo.
- Pick a JPG, PNG or WebP image of up to 20 MB.
- Crop and turn it as needed, then press Save.
To take the logo off, press Remove Logo.
Company page address
- Open the address section at the top of the settings page.
- Press Change address and type the new address in New address.
- Press Save address.
The address may contain only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, and it must end with your company's registry code. After you have chosen an address yourself, you can change it again after 30 days. Links you have already shared and saved bookmarks are redirected to the new address automatically. The old address keeps redirecting here for 3 months, after which it stops working.
The public company page
The company page shows your logo, name, registry code, description and website, the company's listings, the team and its buyer wishes, and any active new developments. It is public only while the company is active, and active companies are also listed in the companies directory. To see it as visitors do, press View Public Profile on your company page.
Imports and API keys
Further down the settings page you connect the automatic import from KV.ee, run a one-time XML import, connect Resolve, send your Scoro credentials and create API keys. All of it is explained in listing imports. Team members are managed on a separate page - see company team.
