REGISTERING FOR THE AUCTION
To participate in the auction, the bidder must register in the auction environment and provide:

• basis of representation, i.e., status as a board member or representation based on a power of attorney.

IMPORTANT AUCTION TERMS
A bid made at the auction is binding on the bidder and cannot be withdrawn after submission.

The bidder is responsible for verifying their financing capability before placing a bid. Failure to obtain a loan or other financing does not release the auction winner from the bid made or the obligation to conclude the sales contract.

The winner of the auction is the person who made the highest compliant bid after the auction result is confirmed by the seller. Making the highest bid does not automatically mean the conclusion of a sales contract before the result is confirmed.

The auction winner must sign a notarized sales contract within one month after the confirmation of the auction result, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the seller.

If the sales contract is not signed for reasons attributable to the auction winner, the seller has the right to cancel the auction result, demand compensation for damages, offer the apartment to the person who made the next best bid, or organize a new auction.

The purchase price must be paid in full before the signing of the notarized sales contract or deposited in the notary's deposit account under conditions determined by the notary.

All notary fees, state fees, and costs related to registering the buyer's ownership in the land register are paid by the buyer.

APARTMENT CONDITION AND HANDOVER
The apartment is sold in its existing condition. The seller will not perform any repairs, improvements, or cleaning before the handover of the apartment.

The apartment will be handed over to the buyer together with all movable property and other items present in the apartment during the viewing. The seller is not obligated to remove, sort, or dispose of items, furniture, waste, or other property in the apartment. No warranty is given regarding the quality, completeness, or working order of the movable property in the apartment.

The bidder has an obligation to familiarize themselves with the actual condition of the apartment and the documents before placing a bid.

By placing a bid, the bidder confirms that they have inspected the apartment or have knowingly waived the inspection and accepts the visible condition of the apartment.

Possession of the apartment will be handed over to the buyer after the full payment of the purchase price and the signing of the notarized sales contract at a time agreed upon by the parties. A handover-takeover protocol will be drawn up upon transfer.
