Company billing and invoices
A company pays for each active listing per day and gets one invoice a month. See the running total for this month and download past invoices.
Company listings are not paid one by one at checkout. Their daily charges are collected over the month and sent as one invoice. Owners and admins see the billing pages.
How company billing works
- A company listing is charged for each day it is active. Drafts and expired listings are not charged.
- The more listing days the company has in a month, the bigger the volume discount.
- Stars and homepage placements bought for company listings go on the same invoice. A monthly free allowance may cover part of them.
- Every auction carries a flat fee (see the pricing page) that goes on the same invoice as one line - not a daily charge like the rest of the listing.
- There are no packages, seats or minimum commitments.
The current daily rate, the discounts and the early partner offer are on the join page. Private sellers' prices are on the pricing page.
This month's running total
- Open My Company in the account menu, or go to the company page.
- Press Billing Overview, or go straight to the billing overview.
Billing Preview shows the projected invoice for the current month: every billable activity by day, the discounts, VAT and the total. This is a preview. Final invoice may differ based on activity before month end.
Invoices
- Open the invoices page, or press View Invoices in the billing overview.
- Pick an invoice to see its line items, the daily breakdown and the due date.
- Press Download to save the invoice as a PDF.
Each invoice has a status, such as Sent, Paid or Overdue.
When the invoice arrives
The invoice for a month is made on the first day of the next month and emailed to the company's billing email address, or to the owner's email when no billing address is set. It also appears on the invoices page.
Questions about an invoice
If something on an invoice looks wrong, ask a person in the support chat or write to us from the contact page, and name the invoice number. Our team looks at each case separately. The sales policy has the general terms.
