We are renting out a furnished 2-room apartment in Väike-Õismäe.

The apartment is located in Väike-Õismäe, where everything necessary for daily life is conveniently close. Shops, public transport stops, schools, and kindergartens are within walking distance. There is also plenty of greenery and opportunities for outdoor activities nearby – for example, the Õismäe pond and Lake Harku.
Väike-Õismäe is an established and peaceful living environment with good public transport connections to both the city center and other parts of Tallinn. This makes the location convenient for both daily commuting and enjoying a more homey and relaxed pace of life.

UTILITY COSTS
The apartment building has been renovated and insulated, and the housing association has no bank loans. Thanks to this, utility costs are very competitive.
In the summer months, utility costs have been approximately 30 € and in the winter months about 55 € per month. Water and electricity costs are added according to personal consumption.
For comparison – in the coldest month of the last approximately 15 years, January 2026, the bill was 90 €, plus water and electricity.
