Available for exchange is a 2-room apartment with wood heating in the city center with a total area of 55.2 m².

We are looking for a smaller apartment, preferably also in the city center area. The desired area is approximately 40 m² (can be slightly smaller).

Preferences for the new apartment:
• up to 1 stove if wood-heated
• central heating is also suitable
• wood-heated apartment must be on the 1st floor
• centrally heated apartment can be up to the 2nd floor
• garden usage as an added value

Reason for exchange:
The current apartment has a wood stove and two tiled stoves, which have become too burdensome for the owner to heat.

Sale is also possible, but in that case, a longer release period must be considered, as a new home must be found for the owner. Therefore, an exchange transaction is preferred.
