Right in front of the house is the internet cable connection point - currently not connected, but new owners can of course do so!
LOCATION
The location near the capital is logistically very good - Laitse train station is just a short walk away and bus traffic is also fully available. So owning a car is not very important for this little house! Laitse shop is not far and you can easily take part in cultural events - Laitse castle, song festival grounds and Graniitvilla are also not far away.
The cottage will be vacated in October!
