The interior stairs are concrete stairs with steel railings. Outdoor stairs and ramp are made of concrete. Balcony railings are on metal structures.
The walls and ceilings of the stairwell are painted.
The building is heated by central heating.
A good indoor climate is ensured by heat-recovery ventilation.

INTERIOR FINISHING

The walls of the apartments are painted in light tones, creating a spacious and bright atmosphere. The floors feature natural oak parquet, which adds warmth and elegance to the rooms. Wet rooms are tiled and high-quality sanitary ware has been installed.

PROPERTY

Parking areas and walkways are combined with asphalt and paving stones.
