We promise that Sillatee homes will be built into happy homes, ready for moving in by Spring 2026!

When booking a home, a notarized law of obligations contract is signed with a 10% down payment; when the apartment is ready for handover, we sign a notarized real rights contract.

By that moment, the remaining purchase amount must also be paid, and we will hand you the keys to your new happy home.

The selling price includes the building constructed according to the project, the rowhouse apartment with interior finish and kitchen, and two parking spaces.

This includes connection to water and sewerage networks and the electrical grid. The apartment ownerships come with a two-year warranty from the handover of the property.

The price does not include state fees and notary fees, or connecting the rowhouse apartment to communication services (optical fiber cable brought into the apartment).
