4. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPILATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
4.1. Use a digital geodetic plot plan with utility networks, prepared by a licensed land surveyor with an accuracy of M 1:500 or 1:1000, as the base plan for design work.
