Utility costs:
In addition to the rent, all cooperative and service provider costs (approx. €25–30 per month) + water and electricity according to consumption will be added.

When signing the lease agreement, you must pay:
€250 for one month's rent in advance
€250 security deposit
€250 contract fee

The lease agreement will be concluded for a fixed term from September 2026 to June 2027.
