A 3-room apartment on the third floor, needing renovation, is for sale in the building at Kaunase pst 16.
The apartment has a through-building layout, is located in the middle of the building, and includes a balcony and a basement storage unit.

The interior finishing of the entire apartment is from the Soviet era, except for the windows in the kitchen and the bedroom with balcony, which have been replaced. The bathroom and toilet underwent minor renovations a few years ago.

In April 2026, the reconstruction of the heating system in the building began (funds are available - the housing association has collected 1€/m² for the repair fund).
The reconstruction work includes the complete dismantling of the existing heating system and the construction of a new one (heat node, main lines, riser pipes, radiators, and finishing work in the apartments). The existing 1-pipe system will be replaced with a 2-pipe system, and thermostatic valves will be installed on the radiators, allowing for individual temperature control in the rooms.
By the beginning of July, the system will be updated, with only the areas around the radiators left to be finished.
The housing association has no loans.

Parking is organized with permits from the housing association (controlled by AS Ühisteenused).
