For sale is a 3-room apartment in need of renovation, located on the third floor at Kaunase pst 16.

The interior finishes are from the Soviet era, except for the replaced windows in the kitchen and the bedroom with a balcony; the bathroom and toilet underwent a light renovation a few years ago.

The building's common hallways are well-finished and tidy; the roof has been renovated, and new exterior doors and intercoms have been installed.
In April 2026, the reconstruction of the building's heating system began (funds are available - the cooperative has collected a repair fund of 1€/m2).
The reconstruction work includes the complete dismantling of the existing heating system and the construction of a new one (heat substation, mains, pipe risers, radiators, and finishing work in the apartments). The existing 1-pipe system is being replaced with a 2-pipe system, and thermoregulators are being installed on the radiators, allowing for individual temperature control in the rooms.
By the beginning of July, the system will be updated, with only the finishing around the radiators remaining.
The apartment association has no loans.

Parking is organized with permits from the association (monitored by AS Ühisteenused).
