The existing single-pipe system will be replaced with a two-pipe system, and thermostatic valves will be installed on the radiators, allowing for individual temperature control in the rooms.
By the beginning of July, the system will be updated, with only the areas around the radiators remaining to be finished.
The housing association has no loans.

Parking is organized with permits from the housing association (checked by AS Ühisteenused).
