INTERIOR
Upon entering the apartment, you first arrive in a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Coat hooks are to the left and a spiral staircase to the right leads to the lower floor where a distinctive bedroom is located. A comfortable office corner has been designed in the area between the kitchen and living room, and to the right of the kitchen, a door leads to the upper floor toilet, which also houses a utility room with a washing machine behind a screen. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a large bed and wardrobe corner, and an expressive shower room with a toilet.

The glass-paned front door and versatile interior lighting ensure good illumination even for a subterranean space, and the historical stone wall combined with a quiet courtyard creates a noise-free and cozy living environment.

Utility costs covering all expenses of the apartment average 175-250€ per month.
