ARCHITECTURE SECTION

The lower single-story part contains the hallway, storage room, toilet, and living room with kitchen. The living room provides access to the south-facing terrace.

CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURES
The foundation of the garden house is concrete.
Exterior walls have a timber frame construction with mineral wool insulation.
Intermediate ceilings are wooden beams.
Roof construction is wood.
The roof ceiling of the 2-story section is on wooden rafters with mineral wool insulation between the beams.
Roof covering is corrugated asbestos-cement sheets (eternite).
Floors have water heating.
The water heating piping for the heated floors of the main body is built on OSB boards installed on floor joists.
Floor covering is predominantly wood parquet.
The concrete slab of the sauna section floor with water heating piping is poured onto a 20cm thick layer of EPS panels.

FIRE PROTECTION SECTION
