## Description

Saanika development is like a small chill village on the edge of the large Saanika village — its own vibe, its own pace, its own peace. Nature is fully present here, but life doesn't stall: Haapsalu is 9 km away, Tallinn 96 km. Bus stop 300 m, shop 3 km, and the sea 9 km — all comfortably close, yet far enough to truly clear your head.
The development's newest show home is meant for those who don't just want a "house", but a place that truly breathes. In winter, the view unfolds like a quiet black-and-white film, in spring a green restart triggers, in summer everything goes into a golden light filter, and in autumn leaves crunch under the terrace. This home lives in the same rhythm with the seasons, not against them.
The layout is smart enough that not a single square meter is wasted: two bedrooms, WC/shower room, and an atrium-style living room with an open kitchen. Country style adds warmth, wood feel, and that inexplicable "coming home" feeling. A spacious terrace runs along two sides of the house — ideal for morning coffee, an evening refreshment, or just a quiet moment with yourself.
The net area of the house is 50 m² + about 20 m² of mezzanine. Put guests there, make a storage room, or create a small creative nook for yourself — the space is there, you decide. Heating systems are modern and economical: air source heat pump, infrared floor heating, and ventilation with heat recovery keep the air fresh and costs reasonable.
All property buyers automatically become members of the MTÜ Saanika non-profit association — they maintain the wells, biological treatment plants, utility lines, and more, to keep life smooth and carefree.
If you are looking for a place where you can truly be present, this might just be it.
Get in touch, come take a look, or let yourself dream a little. We are here.
