The residential house was first put into use in 1948. It is a wooden house with a closed net area of 87.3 m², containing a total of four rooms. The building's footprint is 107 m². The layout includes an entrance hall, which also houses the bathroom and toilet. Moving forward, there is a room, with the kitchen located to the right. On the left side, there is another room, and straight ahead is a spacious living room, which provides access to the fourth room. The house is habitable but requires renovation and modernization. This gives the new owner the opportunity to design the home step-by-step according to their own wishes and needs. There is also the possibility to develop the second floor, which would significantly increase the existing living space in the future. The house has the necessary basic amenities. Water comes from its own well and is piped into the house; sewage is local (septic tank). The electrical wiring has been partially updated, and the electrical capacity is 3 × 16 A. Heating is provided by two stoves and a kitchen stove with a heat wall and a bench. The property size is 3 hectares, offering plenty of space and possibilities. The property has access from a public road. In addition to the residential house, the property includes a large outbuilding. There is also a sauna and a barn on the property, which has been demolished. Thus, the new owner has the opportunity to decide whether and in what form to replace this building in the future. The property also has a pond, which is currently partially overgrown and needs cleaning and maintenance. Although this is a peaceful rural location, living here does not mean isolation. Leevi village has several services necessary for daily life and an active local life. The village has a shop, a veterinary clinic, a community center, a library, and a nursing home. For families, there is a modern children's playground, and an active community operates in the village. The nearest school and kindergarten are located about 10 km away in Viluste. Children can go to school by bus. The town of Võru is approximately 18 km away, making it possible to enjoy peaceful country living while remaining reasonably close to city services and opportunities.
