## Description

A part of the former Freyhof manor lands has become available, where schoolmaster Peeter Kutt of Talli municipality was already passing on knowledge to children in 1866.

In the middle of the beautiful Tali park stands the newer school building established in 1957, which underwent a more modern renovation in 2008. The condition of the building can be considered quite good, allowing it to be put into use immediately and to continue accommodation and/or tourism business ventures on lands with a long history. There are sanitary facilities in good condition, a kitchen, a hall, classrooms, a gym, and several smaller utility rooms. The area of the immovable property together with the magnificent manor park provides an opportunity for various outdoor activities and why not for planning new facilities. In addition, the cadastral unit contains depreciated sheds, a cellar, and a boarding school building significantly damaged by fire.

The main building has electric heating, the water system is supplied from a borehole, the sewage system is also local (with a wastewater treatment plant), electricity connection 300 amperes (substation on the cadastral unit), fiber optic cable. Access is very good from a public asphalt road.

Pärnu city 53 km away, Kilingi-Nõmme town 19 km, Tali Coop store 1 km, bus stop at the border of the property.
Historical real estate with a good offer price for an enterprising person!
