## Description

New price 24000€
For sale a warm 3-room apartment with a through-the-house layout.
If you appreciate the opportunity to get a 3-room apartment in Kõidama for a price that wouldn't buy you a home in Tallinn at all, then read on.
The bedroom and living room windows face the back of the building, the kitchen windows face the entrance side.
The apartment is warm because it is located in the middle of the building.
A door from the bedroom opens onto a balcony, offering a view of the greenery behind the house towards the sunset.
Bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a bathtub!!
The apartment comes with a designated free parking space in front of the kitchen window, and there is plenty of free space for guests on the side of the house as well.
The apartment has the use of a basement box and the possibility to maintain a garden plot.
The apartment is in good condition. Naturally, the new owner will want to do cosmetic repairs to their own taste, but the apartment is ready for moving in and living immediately.
Central water. Hot water from a boiler in the apartment.
Pellet heating - jointly organized.
Neighborhood watch.
Quiet and green surroundings.

It is a logistically well-located place. From Olustvere you can take the train towards both Viljandi and Tallinn.
Light traffic road connects Kõidama with Suure-Jaani and Olustvere. Across the street is a kindergarten.
In September, a Grossi grocery store was opened at the Suure-Jaani roundabout, which creates new jobs and thus also makes it possible to rent out the apartment.
2.4 km away is the Suure-Jaani water center and 4.5 km away is the Olustvere manor.
It is a good and safe place for a family with children to live.
