## Description

For sale is an operating holiday center where it is possible to host large groups and organize events such as summer days, weddings, birthdays, etc. It is also possible to use the buildings separately and accommodate multiple groups.

The holiday center property has a size of 9.99 ha, featuring four buildings intended for accommodation. There are a total of 66 beds, but with extra beds in the summer, up to 100 people can be accommodated. The largest accommodated group has been 300 people, when glamping tents were used. In addition, there is a large separate party hall building with a proper kitchen, a smoke sauna, and two outbuildings. The property also features a large pond and various sports facilities (tennis, volleyball, basketball). The entire complex is well-maintained.

Various heating solutions are used. The party hall building has geothermal heating, while the other buildings use stove heating and electric heating.
