## Description

For sale is an operating holiday centre capable of hosting large groups and organising events such as summer days, weddings, birthdays, etc. It is also possible to use the buildings separately and accommodate multiple groups.
The holiday centre property is 9.99 ha in size and features four buildings intended for accommodation. There are a total of 66 beds, but with extra beds in the summer, up to 100 people can be accommodated. The largest group hosted was 300 people, at which time glamping tents were used. In addition, there is a separate large party hall with a kitchen, a smoke sauna, and two outbuildings. The property also features a large pond and various sports facilities (tennis, volleyball, basketball). The entire complex is well-maintained.
