## Description

Just a 20-minute drive from Tallinn, a cozy smaller log cabin is waiting for its new owners!

BUILDING
The stone-roofed house is built from proper round logs. The building is not new and may need some refreshing and minor renovation.
The property has water from its own borehole (equipped with a water filtration system!), electricity, and local sewage, meaning all modern conveniences are present.
The plot is large and spacious, divided into an open area surrounding the house and a patch of forest where you can pick mushrooms, among other things! There is also a pond on the property that needs cleaning.
This house was originally intended as a sauna/guest house, so if desired, a larger residential house can also be built on the property - there is plenty of space!

LIVING QUARTERS
The first floor features a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, and a toilet/shower room + sauna. In front of the house is a cozy covered terrace. The second floor features sleeping areas and a large balcony.
If necessary, the building can be heated with a large wood-burning stone fireplace and there is also an air source heat pump. Electric floor heating is also available in the sanitary rooms and in the area covered with ceramic tiles in the living room.

LOCATION
The property is located right next to the Kose settlement, and therefore all institutions, shops, and services necessary for life are close by. Along the four-lane highway, you can get there from Tallinn in about 20 minutes! The place is quiet and peaceful - far from the hustle and bustle! If desired, you can of course also engage in vegetable gardening and lawn mowing - a lawn tractor is included.
The house is vacant and will be handed over to the new owner after the transaction!

Be sure to let us know of your interest and let's go take a look - this could be your new country home!
