## Description

A property is for sale along the Põltsamaa–Jõgeva road (3 km from Põltsamaa), which includes a 3-room house in need of renovation (registered in the building register) and the foundation of a large outbuilding. A stream runs through the property.

The house is already in a state of renovation, and some renovation work has been done. New wooden windows (3 pcs) and a door have been installed. The floor in the entrance hall has been replaced (new beams and OSB boards).

Industrial electricity supply 3*25A is available.
There is year-round excellent access from the public road. No issues with snow blocking access in winter.
An old well is available, which has been cleaned and fitted with a new pump – water is currently available.
The house is located on a slight elevation, which helps prevent excess moisture.

A new electrical connection has been made to the house from an external distribution board via a portable power center (3*25A). This allows the use of all necessary household appliances and enables renovation work. If desired, this setup can later be replaced with a permanent solution.

Room layout: vestibule, hallway, 3 rooms, kitchen, toilet, bathroom.
