## Description

Come and discover this 6.8-hectare property with rich potential on a rolling landscape, offering a unique opportunity to build your dream home or develop a business.

The property features several buildings, including a small log residential building that has served as a summer retreat until now. In addition, there is a barn, a shed, and a storehouse on the property. Right near the house and by the pond stands a smoke sauna with a restored stove, where you can enjoy an authentic sauna experience.

An existing electricity connection (3X25A) and a dug well provide the necessary infrastructure on the property to immediately start realizing your vision. A small stream runs through the property, behind the natural dam of which a pond has formed.

Well suited for establishing a tourism-related business. For example, it would be possible to install small vacation homes on the property that would be easy to manage given the proximity, yet there is enough space on the property so they would not disturb your privacy. If your expectations are higher, it is possible to additionally purchase the adjacent 12-hectare Kolotsi property with the house located there and a profitable business.
