# Contact details on your listings

Change the name, phone number, email and photo buyers see, choose which of them are shown, and use different details for a company or a single listing.

Your listings show the contact details from your profile. When you change them there, every listing that uses them is updated. Your changes will appear on public pages within a few minutes.

## Change your name or phone number

1. Open your profile and find the **Listing Preferences** card.
2. Tap the pencil icon next to **Phone Number** or **Display Name**.
3. Type the new value and press **Save**.

## Choose what buyers see

Below the name and phone number, [switches](https://leiakv.ee/en/profile#profile-contact-visibility) decide what your listings show:

- **Show my phone number on listings**
- **Show my email on listings**
- **Show my photo on listings**

A detail that is switched off is not shown on any of your listings, even if it is filled in. With **Receive on-site messages** switched on, buyers can also write to you on the site, and their messages arrive in your [inbox](https://leiakv.ee/en/messages).

## Change your photo

Go to your [profile photo](https://leiakv.ee/en/profile#profile-photo) at the top of the profile, choose **Change photo**, pick a picture, crop it and press **Save**. The photo appears on listings only while **Show my photo on listings** is switched on.

## Change your email address

1. Open the [email editor](https://leiakv.ee/en/profile?edit=email#profile-email) in the **Account Information** card.
2. A warning opens: **Important: Changing Your Email**. Read it and press **I Understand, Continue**; **Cancel** closes it without any change.
3. Enter the new address and press **Save**. If you signed in a while ago, we first ask you to confirm it is you: enter your current password, or press **Continue with Google** if you use Google. If you have forgotten your password and emails to your current address bounce, press **Contact us and we'll fix the address** and we will help.
4. Open the confirmation link we send to the new address. The address changes only after you confirm it.

The email comes from leiakv.ee and is in your language. After you confirm, you are signed out and sign in again with the new address. If the address already belongs to another account, we email its owner instead and your address stays unchanged. Your old address also gets a notice with a link to restore it, valid for 7 days, in case the change was not yours.

If emails to your address keep bouncing, a red notice appears at the top of the site and in your profile. Change the address as described above; the notice disappears once the address is a different one. If the address is correct and works, press **My address works – send a test email** in the notice: we email a test message to it, and the notice disappears once you open the link in that message.

## Details on company listings

If you belong to a company, you can use a different name and phone number on your company listings, for example your work phone.

1. Open the account menu in the top bar, choose **Switch profile** and pick the company.
2. Open your profile. It now shows the **Company Listing Preferences** card instead of **Listing Preferences**.
3. Tap the pencil next to **Phone Number** or **Display Name**, enter the new value and press **Save**.
4. Set the switches in the same card if the company listings should show different details.

These details are yours alone: they appear on your own listings of that company, never on other members' listings, and your personal listings keep your personal details. If you leave the company name or phone number empty, your personal one is shown. To edit your personal details again, switch back to **Personal Account**.

## Different details for one listing

1. Open [My listings](https://leiakv.ee/en/my-listings) and press **Manage** on the listing.
2. In the **Contact details on the listing** card, choose for each detail **Profile**, **Custom** or **Hidden**. The name can only come from the profile or be custom.
3. Press **Save**.

Custom details apply to that one listing, and your profile stays unchanged.

> An imported listing's contact details come from its import source and cannot be changed here.
