# Join leiakv as an agency or broker

An agency registers with the company form on the join page and can list right away. A broker joins when their company invites them or imports their listings.

Listings on leiakv are published either by private sellers or by real estate companies. An agency registers once as a company, and its brokers work under that company.

## Register your company

1. Open the [join page](https://leiakv.ee/en/join). When you are signed out, the menu also has **Join as a broker**.
2. Press **Join as a company**.
3. In **Company Name**, type the company name or registry code and pick your company from the Estonian business register. The registry code and VAT number are filled in from the register.
4. Fill in **Your Name** and **Your Email**. **Phone Number** and **Additional Message** are optional. If your agency uses Resolve, tick **Our company uses Resolve CRM**.
5. Press **Confirm** and then **Continue**.

If you close the form halfway, choose **Continue later** and your details are kept for the next time you open it.

## Create the owner account

The email you entered becomes the email of the company owner's account, and it cannot be changed in this step.

1. In the **Account** step, fill in the sign-up form to create the account. If you already have an account with that email, choose **Already have an account? Sign in** and sign in instead.
2. The **Done** step finishes the setup. If you signed in with an existing account, press **Finish and get started**.
3. Press **Open dashboard** to open your [company page](https://leiakv.ee/en/company).

If you were already signed in when you filled in the form, the account step is skipped and your own account becomes the owner. You are now the company's owner and can [invite your team](https://leiakv.ee/en/help/company-team#invite) and [import listings](https://leiakv.ee/en/help/listing-imports).

## If the company is already on leiakv

A company can be registered only once. If the form says it is already registered, open the invitation link we emailed to the owner's address to finish joining. If you are a broker at an agency that is already on leiakv, ask its owner or an admin to [invite you](https://leiakv.ee/en/help/company-team#invite).

An account can belong to one company at a time. To join another company, leave the current one first.

## Brokers added by an import

When a company imports its listings from KV.ee, Resolve or an XML file, the brokers named on those listings get a leiakv account automatically. Each of them receives an email with a link to set a password. Open the link, choose a password, and your listings are already under your name. ## Prices

A company pays for each listing per day it is active, and the charges are added up into one invoice per month.
