# Create an account and sign in

Sign up with your email address or a Google account, confirm your email, and sign in on any device.

You can search listings without an account. You need one to publish a listing or a wish, use the message inbox, and keep your e-Agents and favourites on every device.

## Sign up with email

1. Open the [sign-up page](https://leiakv.ee/en/signup).
2. Enter your email address and a password twice. Must be at least 8 characters If the address has a likely typo (for example gamil.com), we suggest the correct form below it - press **Fix**.
3. Tick the box to accept the [terms and conditions](https://leiakv.ee/en/terms-and-conditions) and the [privacy policy](https://leiakv.ee/en/privacy-policy). **Subscribe to newsletter** is optional.
4. Press **Create Account**.

We send a confirmation link to your address. Open it to confirm your email - until then your profile shows **Not Verified** and you can ask for a new link with **Send verification**. Temporary email addresses and domains that cannot receive email are not accepted.

## Sign up with Google

Press **Continue with Google** on the sign-up or [sign-in](https://leiakv.ee/en/login) page and choose your Google account. The account is created at once and its email address counts as confirmed.

> Google sign-in does not work in in-app browsers like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Open the page in your phone's own browser, or sign up with email instead.

## Sign in

Open the [sign-in page](https://leiakv.ee/en/login) and enter your email and password, or use Google. If a page asked you to sign in, for example when you post a wish, you are taken back to it afterwards. If you forgot your password, see [reset your password](https://leiakv.ee/en/help/email-password#forgot-password).

## Brokers and agencies

Real estate agencies join through a separate form: press **Join as a company** under the sign-up form, or see [join as a broker](https://leiakv.ee/en/help/join-as-broker). If a company invited you by email, sign up with the address the invitation was sent to - the field is filled in and locked.
