# Manage your company team

Invite colleagues, give them the right role, link brokers who came in with an import, and remove members or pass on ownership.

Your company's people are on the **Team** page. Open it from **My Company** in the account menu, or go straight to the [team page](https://leiakv.ee/en/company/team). The company profile must be active in the account menu - see [switching profiles](https://leiakv.ee/en/help/profile-switching).

## Roles

- **Owner** - one per company. Only the owner can change roles, remove members and hand over ownership.
- **Admin** - invites members and manages the team page, company settings, imports and billing.
- **Member** - creates and manages their own company listings.

Owners and admins see all of the company's listings, members see their own. The team page, settings and billing are open to owners and admins only.

## Invite a colleague

1. Open the [team page](https://leiakv.ee/en/company/team) and find **Invite Member**.
2. Enter **Email Address** and choose the **Role**. Only the owner can invite an admin.
3. Press **Send Invitation**.

We email the invitation, and the page also shows the invitation link so you can send it yourself. An invitation is valid for 28 days. You find it under **Pending Invitations**, where you can resend it or press **Cancel Invitation**. Invitations can be sent only while the company is active.

## Accept an invitation

Open the link in the invitation email. Sign in, or create an account, with the email address the invitation was sent to, then press **Accept**. If the invitation is not for you, press **Decline**.

An account can belong to one company at a time. If you are already in another company, leave it first.

## Brokers from an import

The team page also lists the brokers named on imported listings. The status column shows where each person is:

- **Active** - has an account linked to the company.
- **Invited** - an invitation is waiting to be accepted.
- **Not linked** - no linked account yet. Press **Invite** to send an invitation or **Provision account** to create the account for them. They get an email to set a password.
- **No account** - the import has no email for this broker. Press **Invite** and enter their email.
- **Stale** - the linked person has left. Invite someone again or press **Create new account**.

## Change a role or remove a member

These actions are for the owner.

1. On the member's row, open the role menu and choose **Admin** or **Member**.
2. To hand over the company, choose **Owner** in the same menu and confirm. The new owner takes over and you become an admin.
3. To remove someone, press **Remove member**. If they manage company listings, choose **Transfer listings to another member** or **Delete the listings permanently** before removing. Deleted listings cannot be restored.

Imported listings are not transferred - they remain attributed via the source feed and re-attach automatically on the next sync.

## Leave a company

On your [company page](https://leiakv.ee/en/company), press **Leave Company** and confirm. You lose access to the company's features. The owner cannot leave - hand over ownership to another member first.
