Sign in, press 'Add Listing' in your profile, fill in the property details, upload photos, choose how long the listing is shown and pay. The listing goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed.

## How much does it cost to list a property?

## How long does my listing stay active?

You choose the listing duration when you create the listing; the available options are on the pricing page. You can renew it from your account before it expires, and we send reminders 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before it expires.

## How can I boost my listing's visibility?

Stars raise your listing higher in search results, and homepage featuring puts it on the front page. You add either on the listing's management page; current rates are on the pricing page.

## How do I contact a property seller?

Each listing displays the seller's contact information including phone number and email. You can also use the built-in messaging system to send inquiries directly through the platform.

## What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through the Maksekeskus payment gateway, which supports a wide range of payment methods including bank links, card payments, and more. You can see all available options at checkout.

## Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes, you can edit your listing at any time from your account dashboard, and changes show on the site right away. By default, the other languages update automatically when you change the slogan or description in the original language.

## How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 40 images per listing. Each image can be up to 10 MB in size. Photos are automatically classified by room type using AI to help buyers browse your listing more easily.

## What is e-Agent and how do saved searches work?

e-Agent emails you when new listings match your search: run a search, press 'Create e-Agent', choose instant or daily emails and confirm. Each e-Agent stays active for 180 days, and you can manage or renew them under 'Searches & e-Agents'.

## How do I remove my listing?

You can delete or deactivate your listing from the 'My Listings' section in your account. If the property is sold or no longer available, we recommend marking it as sold rather than deleting it.

## What happens when my listing expires?

We email reminders 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before a listing expires, and an expired listing disappears from search results. A paid listing can be extended before it expires and reactivated afterwards from My Listings; a listing with an auction cannot be extended or reactivated.

## What languages does leiakv support?

leiakv is available in Estonian, English, Russian and Finnish. You can switch between languages using the language selector in the navigation menu. Listings are translated automatically into all of them.

## Does translating my listing cost extra?

No. Every listing is automatically translated into Estonian, English, Russian and Finnish at no extra cost. By default the translations update on their own when you change the slogan or description in the original language, and any language you write yourself is kept.
